Trust is the foundation of responsible AI use. While artificial intelligence has the potential to improve efficiency and uncover new insights, we believe it should be approached with both curiosity and healthy skepticism. We use AI throughout our own work to support tasks such as questionnaire development, data analysis, open-ended response coding, and, in some cases, carefully designed synthetic participants. However, AI is never a replacement for our expertise or judgment. Every application is evaluated based on the specific needs of the project, our clients' comfort level, and AI's demonstrated ability to perform the task accurately and reliably. In many cases, AI adds meaningful value; in others, traditional research methods remain the better choice. Our commitment is to use the right tools for the right purpose, with transparency, human oversight, and scientific rigor guiding every decision.
